American Pavement Sealcoating provides asphalt sealcoating services to residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and industrial roadways. Using our custom formulated Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion Sealer and/or asphalt tack rejuvenator, we can use a variety of different methods to maintain your asphalt for its specific needs. Our Process:

Our process begins with a thorough cleaning of your asphalt surface using high velocity blowers, powered rotary brooms, and power edgers to clean debris out of cracks.

Once cracks have been thoroughly cleaned, CrackMaster Supreme is applied to ALL cracks at 400°F creating a flexible seal from penetrating water.

Our specially formulated PMM is then hand brushed around houses, sidewalks, garages, and edges to ensure a neat and clean job, and to seal your asphalt to the very edge. Once all brushing is done, we spray the remaining surface at 100 psi creating a beautiful streak-free surface.

On larger parking lots and driveways, we may utilize an asphalt rejuvenating tack coat which is sprayed onto the asphalt surface. This tack coat provides an extra layer of protection to your surface and helps promote sealer adhesion. The use of this tack coat will depend on the current shape of your asphalt surface, and the desired results of the customer. We can help you make this decision during our estimate!

Once the surface is sealed, American Pavement Sealcoating will barricade the area with caution tape to allow for proper drying time.

It is at this time any line striping will be applied for parking lots.
